Our Story
Why We Founded Gaspard & Co.
Born into a family that ran a photography studio, viewing the world through a lens from an early age. He traveled Asia solo in his late teens and discovered that borders are far more ambiguous than they appear.
Back in Japan, he built a BBS and developed a search engine independently, founding a company in July 1998 — the same month Google incorporated in a Silicon Valley garage. Pure coincidence.
In 2012, he moved to Singapore, built global networks, and earned his MBA from University of Wales / HABS. Since 2022, based in Kuala Lumpur, working across borders.

Origin

Experienced large-scale management with institutional investors as part of a listed group.
